jon
olson
jon is an accounting, legal and learning professional with over 29 years
experience providing services to public and closely-held businesses. most
recently, jon was a senior partner at arthur andersen and the managing partner
of arthur andersen performance and learning (aapl) where he directed over 400
learning professionals with an annual training budget in excess of $200 million.
jon was responsible for providing training solutions to all andersen employees
on a worldwide basis.
prior to assuming the role of aapl, jon was a tax partner in the dallas office
of arthur andersen. jon has extensive experience in dealing with the irs, state
taxing authorities and foreign taxing authorities. during his career at
andersen, jon was a member of the firm�s specialized tax teams in international
taxation, family wealth, personal financial planning, and manufacturing
industry. he has extensive experience in all areas of taxation and for clients
of all sizes.
jon is a cpa and has ba, mba and jd degrees from the university of
wisconsin-madison. he is a frequent speaker and instructor on both tax and
educational/training topics.
harry brunner
harry has over 28 years of information technology and technology consulting
experience acquired at big five consulting and accounting firms. his areas of
expertise include application development, systems integration, project planning
and management.
earlier in his career, harry was the director of information systems for
andersen�s learning and personal growth organization. in this role, harry
directed software development, operations, and support functions for the
organization. during his tenure at andersen, harry led the implementation of a
global planning and budgeting system for training attendance of approximately
85,000 partners and employees.
prior to joining andersen, harry spent a significant portion of his career with
andersen consulting (currently accenture). as applications systems development
manager, harry planned, budgeted and managed all aspects of financial,
operations and performance management software development for andersen
consulting education. additionally, harry planned, designed and developed
financial systems to track project budgeting, training development costs, and
training delivery costs.
harry holds a master of business administration and bs in finance from the
university of illinois at champaign, illinois.
sandy kerl
sandy is an administrative specialist with over 25 years of experience
providing operational, supervisory, and executive assistance. thirteen years of
sandy�s experience was acquired at arthur andersen performance and learning. at
andersen, she was responsible for a wide range of projects that supported the
training of 85,000 partners and employees of the firm.
sandy has applied her skills in a number of other functional areas including
accounting and technology. project management is one of her specialties. other
specialties include workflow analysis and design, operating procedures design,
development and implementation, and training of administrative personnel.
